The DMSC is a growing collaboration of individuals, institutions and initiatives involving academic technology, service learning and engaged research. Current membership includes participants from universities in Tennessee, North Carolina, Virginia, Louisiana and Texas, among others.  Watch this Web site for news and information regarding the "State of Engagement" that the DMSC has declared and its growing movement across the southeastern United States, promoting a national, NCAA-like model supporting a 50-state competitive collaboration we're calling the Governors Challenge.  If we can grow championship athletes, we can grow championship scholars!
